Postage over Christmas and New Years

As Christmas draws nearer and the rush on deliveries starts to settle, I am planning on relaxing a little bit. While Animal Enrichment Australia isn’t ‘closing’ and I will still be processing and posting orders, processing time frames will go back to 1-2 business days (plus possibly an extra few days for natural bird toys that need fresh parts gathered and prepared for making). This is instead of 2 hours to 1 day processing and 2+ trips to the post office per day that I have been doing in the lead up to Christmas, to get everyone’s goodies out to them quickly!

I will be spending time with my own families on the public holidays and weekends. Orders are welcome during this time and will be processed in the order that they were received, on the following business days. They may not necessarily be posted ON the next business day, though I will do my best.

Delivery time frames with Australia Post and Fastway may be slightly delayed also, as they catch up on the backlog and their staff also take time off to spend holidays with family and friends. We appreciate your understanding during this period and wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday.
