Thank You Gifts
I cover the cost of transaction fees for Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay transactions.
Bank transfer payment means no fees for me to pay and often these orders come with a free gift as a result.
The type and value of free gift depends on a number of factors, including value of the order, other costs I cover (eg extra postage expense) and what details have been added to the ‘tell us about your pets’ field at checkout (I like to choose personalised gifts where suitable).
Where the product value of the order is over $90, a bird drink coaster will be chosen for you. Some larger orders may receive a drink coaster AND another gift (though not always) and orders under $90 in product value will normally receive small, chewable items chosen to suit your pet or a foraging add-on to go with a foraging toy order. On occasion, an upgrade to express postage may be chosen in lieu of a physical free gift.
