Holiday Time!

Update

It’s now 9.30pm on the 1st of October and my order cut-off has now passed. While I’ll still be processing orders Friday, 2nd October, I will be limited in what I can pack before the courier collects. Then I’m on holiday! Please feel free to order as normal while I’m away and I will process all orders after my return. I get home late on Sunday the 11th of October and will be straight back to work on Monday the 12th.
The ‘easy to pack’ non-handmade orders will be sent in the first few days and I’ll start work on the handmade and natural orders straight after that. It may take some time to get completely caught up.

Earlier (17th September): I just wanted to let you all know that I’m about to take a short holiday and won’t be processing orders for a week, between the 5th and 9th of October. Don’t panic – there’s still time to order goodies for your pets before I go!

• Order cut-off (non hand made): Thursday 1st Oct 8pm.
• Order cut-off (naturals and other handmade): Mid-September – you can order anytime and I will try to finish in time, but I cannot guarantee their completion before holiday.
• Last working day: 2nd Oct
• Back to work: 12th Oct.

More Information

The final ‘cut off’ for orders NOT containing handmade items is Thursday 1st October 8pm. I can send these on my last day (Friday 2nd October). Any orders containing handmade items ( Natural Bird Toys, Bolt on Barky Perches, Custom Snuffle Mats, and some other designs that I make) should be placed as soon as possible, for the best chance of me completing them before I leave. However, there is only 2 weeks left and I already have other natural bird toys on order to make. Therefore I can not guarantee that any new handmade items will be completed before I leave. While small orders with 1 or 2 natural toys are likely to be fine, if I get an increased volume or particularly large natural orders, these may be difficult to complete in time. *UPDATE 25th September* any new orders containing handmade/natural toys are not likely to be sent until after 13th October. Please order any pre-made toys, which I can send ‘right away’, but if your order contains naturals too, it will be held until they can all be sent together.

I return on the evening of Sunday the 11th of October and will be straight back to processing orders on Monday the 12th of October. The first few days that I’m back will be focused on packing and sending the orders that do not contain toys that need to be made. Once these are complete, I’ll start work on orders with Snuffle Mats, Natural Bird Toys and the other designs that I make like the Pipe Dream, Birdy Bagel Firecracker, Hippy Hangout and Balsa Heaven. It may take some time to catch up on the orders placed while I was away. This will depend on how many I return to.

Due to weekends and a public holiday, I am only away for 4 business days, however it is a 9 day total period that I’ll be away for. I will mostly not be within mobile reception, so responses to emails and Facebook messages will not occur during this time either.
